Struck to double the thickness of a normal coin, each Piedfort is struck from sterling silver and finished to pristine Proof standard.
Due to the high level of craftsmanship needed to produce these showstopping coins, Piedforts are traditionally reserved for the most prestigious events of the year making this a fitting tribute to own for one of the most dedicated royals.
The reverse design - featuring a new portrait design and the official Coat of Arms of The Princess Royal - was personally approved by Her Royal Highness. The obverse bears the effigy of her brother, King Charles III.
