The Most Exclusive Way To Own The Raphael Maklouf Portrait Coin

*** NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE ROYAL MINT ***

To celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s centenary, The Royal Mint continues its prestigious Portraits of a Queen series with the Raphael Maklouf effigy – the highly stylised and elegant portrait introduced in 1985 that became one of the most recognisable depictions of Her Late Majesty.

Maklouf’s design, created from live sittings granted by Queen Elizabeth II, presents a refined and sculptural representation of the monarch – a portrait that defined UK coinage throughout the late twentieth century. Now, it has been faithfully remastered by Royal Mint Chief Engraver Gordon Summers for a new generation of collectors.

Struck from fine gold to the highest Proof standard, this exceptional release is issued in a rare 1/10oz specification and presented in official Royal Mint presentation packaging.

With a strict worldwide edition limit of only 500 coins, and not available directly from The Royal Mint, this is among the most exclusive gold releases of the entire series.

A truly distinguished tribute to Britain’s longest-reigning monarch – and a must-have addition for serious collectors.
